Prairie Fuel Advisors (PFA) is not a fuel re-seller, rather, as an organization we help create mutually beneficial relationships between fuel suppliers and our member municipalities and associations.

Consider the following six advantages of PFA’s unique program:

1. Cheaper Fuel

With up to an additional 7 cents off any existing discount and more than 450 locations across Western Canada, PFA has all the advantages of a large program without compromising local relationships.

2. Free to Join

Members are charged a small commission of 1.2 cents per litre of fuel and 5 cents per litre for lubricants as an administration fee.

3. Free to Leave

If a member feels that it is no longer advantageous to continue, they may withdraw from their fuel supply contract at any time without  penalty.

4. Strength in Numbers

The goal of PFA is to combat one-sided pricing advantages enjoyed by petroleum suppliers and to assist members to purchase fuel at a lower cost, while still supporting local fuel dealers. At present, there more than 300 PFA members in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba. Combined, they purchase 54 million litres of fuel each year.
